Development start.
Today I made a neocities account and created some first HTML files for the pages I want to have,
namely: the Home page, the Arsenal, a Changelog and an About-Me page.
No CSS, no pictures, no real content yet. Just a barebones framework that I can hopefully fill up and expand upon.
